Contact us
One inbox, read by a person, usually the same person who wrote the app.
We aim to reply within two working days, and usually faster. There is no phone queue, no ticket number and no chatbot in the way. Email is much the faster route — we are a small company in Ireland, so the phone is often a voicemail, and a written description of the scan that will not open gets you a real answer sooner.
What to write to us about
- A scan that will not open — tell us the modality and where the files came from (hospital CD, patient portal, USB drive). Do not send us the images unless we ask; we can usually work it out from the description.
- Billing, invoices and refunds — including the 14-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what we do automatically.
- Privacy requests — a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and for how long.
- Security — if you think you have found a vulnerability, write to the same address with "security" in the subject and we will come back to you quickly.
- Anything about the iPhone or iPad app — Settings → Contact Support inside the app pre-fills a support ID that helps us find the problem faster.
Purchases and billing
Subscriptions bought on this website are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who appear on your card statement and send your receipt. Every receipt carries a link you can use to manage or cancel the subscription directly. If you would rather we did it, email us and we will.
Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or iPad app are sold by Apple, and only Apple can refund those — reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us anyway if something went wrong; we will help however we can.
Company details
Slicora is made and operated by:
Oran Dynamics Ltd.Nutgrove, Tynagh
Loughrea, Co. Galway
Ireland
Registered in Ireland, company no. 760622. The address above is the registered office. We are a small software company — post reaches us, but email reaches us faster.
A note on medical questions
We can help with files, formats, billing and the software. We cannot tell you what your scan shows or what it means. Slicora is a viewer and not a medical device — questions about your health belong with the clinician who ordered the scan.
